Care Philosophy
I want to eliminate pain and suffering associated with kidney stones. My job is to help patients achieve two major goals: 1) become stone-free using the safest, most effective, and least invasive approach, and 2) remain stone-free with a multifaceted plan (diet, lifestyle, medications) tailored to the biology and preferences of each individual patient. As our understanding of stone disease evolves, I want to keep my patients informed on the latest developments in research and technology. It is also my responsibility to expose my patients to opportunities to participate in and benefit from high quality research.
