Clinical Interests for Referring Providers
I am interested in thoracic oncology, diseases and surgery of the airway, lung transplantation, advanced thoracoscopic surgery, mediastinal surgery, surgery for infectious lung disease, and esophageal surgery.
Explained things well and communicated well. He seems to really know his stuff and that he cares. You cannot loose with that.
I have had two lung surgeries with Dr. Mitchell. He is a highly skilled surgeon who takes into account the specific needs of his patients. I trust him completely to achieve the best outcome and would highly recommend him to friends and family.
Dr. Mitchell is a great doctor and surgeon. However, I wish he would be prompt with the office visit notes as I use those for my follow-up care as well. I haven't seen my last two visits approved by - have the notes approved by him yet.
I was very glad to meet him. I was totally unfamiliar with Dr. Mitchell and his background, and that, so I am interested in learning more about him and learning more from him, about my condition. But he sounded very confident, and the staff surrounding was very confident in his presence here at the office.
Dr. Mitchell and his staff are very adept, reassuring, and obviously well-trained.
