My many clinical interests include disease of the thoracic aorta and care of patients before, during and after surgery. Research surrounding treatment of thoracic aortic disease.

I strive to provide the best care for my patients. I believe in effective communication so that patients have an understanding of their disease process. Treating the person as a whole, taking every aspect of a patient’s body and health into consideration during diagnosis and treatment.

Personal Interests

I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, gardening, cooking, skiing, and traveling.

Volunteer Activities

I have traveled to Bolivia on a medical mission trip to provide medical care to villagers in isolated areas. I have also worked with Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis and Ronald McDonald House as a volunteer.

As Thoracic Aorta Program Coordinator, my clinical activity encompasses all thoracic aortic disease including aneurysm, dissection and aortic valve disease . Providing continuity of care and perioperative management of patients treated surgically for thoracic aortic disease.
