As a clinical health psychologist, I have specific training in treating the connection between women's physical health and mental health conditions, including weight and diabetes management, polycystic ovary syndrome, chronic gynecologic conditions, perinatal health, chronic pain, insomnia as well as acceptance and functional improvements of chronic illness management (e.g., cancer, Parkinson's, MS).
