My major interests in gender affirming care and mental health are rooted in this philosophy, tapping into where we feel vulnerable in order to strive toward equity, healing, and connection. I am an empath through and through, which I have always felt was my superpower.

I am passionate about social justice and advocating for my patients and fellow community members. I also enjoy Ultimate Frisbee, yoga, dance parties, silliness, connecting with others, and spending time with my family and dog.
