Shane was excellent. I appreciated his openness and honesty! His sense of humor added an extra flare that was much appreciated!
Dr. Reeves is great. Very intelligent and knowledgeable. Answers all of my questions thoughtfully and with kindness and non judgement.
The experience was exceptional. Scheduling an appointment was painless, and [edited] his team were very helpful in verifying my insurance coverage. Receptionist on the day of my appointment was friendly and efficient. My ultrasound tech and Dr. Reeves were both helpful, kind, and informative.
I had no option but to bring my toddler with me to the appt and the dr had to rescan something in the Anatomy scan they didn't get a good pic the first time and my son was getting fussy after an hour of being there and the first thing the dr told me was kids don't do well at these appts very rudely and seemed annoyed by it... I told him i had no choice but to bring my toddler. I thought it was very rude. The waiting area has books for toddlers i bet hundreds of moms have to bring their kids with them. I'm at a prenatal appt it should be no shock sometimes kids have to come... I had no choice i found it so rude the way he said it to me like we were some bother my kid came.
Felt like the provider really cared about my pregnancy and me being informed on genetic conditions which could affect the pregnancy but didn't scare me rather informed me.
