Clinical Interests for Referring Providers
I have especially trained and focused in frontotemporal dementias and primary progressive aphasias, as well as atypical forms of Alzheimer's disease.
Research Interest for Referring Providers
My research interests are primarily focused on investigating artificial intelligence applications to expand access to early and accurate diagnosis and care. This particularly focuses on computational linguistics and computational paralinguistics, as well as analysis of facial expression and gesture, to ease recognition of important clinical syndromes and symptoms. I also lead the Colorado ALLFTD site, and assist on outreach and clinical trials for our center.
