Provider Expertise

Clinical Interest for Patients

My clinical interests include caring for the epilepsy patient throughout their lifespan, with emphasis on coming alongside the patient and family, equipping them to have the knowledge to care for themselves. I also am very interested in managing care for non-epileptic seizures, a diagnosis often poorly managed leaving patients to feel alone in their health journey. And, finally, I have a particular passion for the transitional care of pediatric patients transitioning to adult epilepsy care and working to reduce the many barriers faced through this transition.

Care Philosophy

I am a dedicated and professional Family Nurse Practitioner with AANP board certification. I am passionate and highly experienced in the field of neurology, epilepsy, and complex patient care coordination. I believe in providing excellent, holistic and patient-centered care to empower patients and families to better care for their own health though education, knowledge, and compassion.
