Clinical Interests for Referring Providers

I am a general practice rheumatologist. I treat rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, vasculitis, spondyloarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, scleroderma, Sjogren syndrome, autoimmune myositis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis (especially secondary osteoporosis related to glucocorticoid use), crystal arthritis (gout and pseudogout), sarcoidosis, autoimmune interstitial lung disease, and fibromyalgia. I also provide preventative care for patients with primary rheumatologic diagnoses, such as cardiovascular disease prevention, cancer prevention, infection prevention, and reproductive health. Finally, I work to enroll patients in clinical trials ongoing on our main campus in Aurora whenever there is a potential clinical benefit to my patients.
