In addition to providing comprehensive mental health treatment, I have particular interest in treating trauma and depression.

Care Philosophy

I value my work in Internal Medicine, where I am able to work alongside a patient’s primary care doctor, to ensure the needs of both their mind and body are being addressed. I approach therapy from a non-judgmental, supportive and collaborative stance. I hope to support my clients in better understanding themselves so that they can, in turn, bring about change that feels meaningful to them.
