Clinical Interest for Patients
My many clinical interests include difficult to treat inflammatory bowel disease, the coordinated medical-surgical management of complex Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, colon cancer prevention and surveillance in IBD, and hospitalized patients with severe ulcerative colitis.

My many clinical interests include difficult to treat IBD, peri- and post-operative management of complex Crohn's disease, dysplasia surveillance and management in IBD, and acute, severe ulcerative colitis.
Research Interest for Referring Providers
My clinical research interests include the collection, organization, and utilization of large-scale observational data for natural history studies, comparative effectiveness analyses, and construction of personalized predictive models in IBD. Specific focus areas include postoperative Crohn’s disease, healthcare economics of IBD, and the development and implementation of value-based healthcare models in IBD including the multidisciplinary patient-centered specialty medical home.
