At the CU Medicine Center for Prosthetics, our providers work closely with each patient to create prostheses tailored specifically to their individual needs. The Center specializes in prosthetic devices to restore and optimize limbs, whether that is with conventional sockets or bone anchored prosthesis using the surgical innovation of osseointegration.
During our comprehensive evaluation, we consider your medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals. This consultation is important in determining the most suitable prosthetic solution and ensuring that the final product meets your specific needs.
We partner closely with you and your health care team to optimize the best possible outcome for your functional goals, and to enhance your quality of life and journey after limb loss. Our aim is to work together during this life-long process and ensure the highest level of coordinated care.
Patients are required to meet with their CU Medicine provider to obtain a referral to the CU Medicine Center for Prosthetics.
