Recipe: Pomegranate-Almond Toast

Dec 17, 2024, 13:10 PM by Rose Abell
Pomegranate toast brings more than just good nutrition for breakfast. Across many cultures, pomegranates symbolize new beginnings and are eaten to celebrate the new year.

Looking for a healthy breakfast idea to start in the new year? Try this simple yet powerful combination of pomegranate seeds, almond butter and sprouted toast. The bright red seeds aren't just beautiful - they're packed with vitamin C to boost your immune system and natural compounds that fight inflammation in your body.

Layer creamy almond butter on sprouted grain bread for extra nutrition. Sprouted grain bread has more protein than regular bread, and your body can better absorb its nutrients. The almond butter adds healthy fats that support brain health.
